To make sure that you have a pleasant stay, and in order to prevent any misunderstanding, please read this rule list. We can cancel the reservation for the guests who do not respect the house rules.
In this case the guests will be charged for the entire amount of the reservation, regardless of their shorter stay.
We shall not enter the apartment during your absence, except to stop damages or a danger occurring in the apartment. In this case we will inform you about it as soon as you come back to the apartment.
If we have any reason to believe that house rules are violated, you must let us enter the apartment in order to check it.
We are available to you during your stay for any information and assistance you may need.
You are responsible for the cleanness of the apartment. We are not required to clean and tidy up, or to take out the garbage during your whole stay.
We will change the bed linen and bathroom towels every 7 nights (unless agreed otherwise). It is not allowed to use supplied bathroom towels as beach towels.
If you wish to dry the towels use the strings on the balcony, it is not allowed to hang the wet towels over doors, chairs or any other furniture!
You are obliged to take care of your personal things and valuables left in the apartment.
We will not be responsible in case of any disappearance.
We advise you to always close the main door and lock the apartment doors when leaving the apartment.
Pets are allowed only with our permission. Bringing pets without prior announcement is not allowed. You are responsible for any damages caused by your pets, and have to clean the excrement left inside and outside the accommodation, as well as in the vicinity of the accommodation and on the beach.
It is not allowed to bring any weapon, inflammable or explosive substances and products with strong or unpleasant smell into the apartment.
If you wish to open the window blinds you must secure it with the installed hooks.
The wind may damage the blinds, windows or the doors and it will be considered your responsibility.
It is strictly forbidden that any person other that the guests stay inside or outside the apartment without our permission.
You are kindly asked to take care of the indoor and outdoor furniture. It is not not allowed to move the furniture or to transport it outside or to the beach (the kitchen chairs to the terrace, cutlery to another apartment, towels or blankets to the beach…).
Guests who intentionally or accidentally damage the property, will have to reimburse the full amount of the occurred damage.
You have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged.
You are requested not to disturb the peace between 14:00 to 17:00 and 23:00 to 8:00.We care about energy saving and pollution
When you leave the apartment you have the obligation to close the window blinds, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the water, turn off the air-conditioning (and to close the balcony doors and windows while air conditioner is operating).
If you use the air conditioner with open windows and/or doors, or leave the air conditioner turned on while you are away – extra costs may apply.
It is not allowed to cool down food and drinks by leaving them under running water.
It is forbidden to throw waste in the toilets or in any other place not predicted for this purpose.
